Yes, many plans do, some do not. Please contact your carrier to understand your benefits prior to scheduling your first appointment.
We are an in-network provider with Allegiance and Cigna.
For all other insurance carriers we are out-of-network and will provide you with a superbill containing the necessary codes for you to submit for out-of-network benefits.

Yes, and we will provide you with the necessary documentation for reimbursement. You may also pay at the time of service with an HSA or FSA card, depending on your specific plan.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
If you get sick or injured, acupuncture can be highly effective for acute (non-emergency) treatment, you can keep your appointment (or shift to a virtual / phone consult for herbs or home modalities) and we can adjust your treatment as needed.
If you or a dependent you are caring for is too sick for you to make any type of appointment, we can reschedule without charge.
For non-illness related cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no shows are charged $50.
