Yes, many plans do, some do not. Please contact your carrier to understand your benefits prior to scheduling your first appointment. We will also help you understand your benefits and out of pocket costs prior to your first treatment.
We are an in-network provider with Allegiance and Cigna.
For all other insurance carriers we are out-of-network and will provide you with a superbill containing the necessary codes for you to submit for out-of-network benefits.

Yes, and we will provide you with the necessary documentation for reimbursement. You may also pay at the time of service with an HSA or FSA card, depending on your specific plan.

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments through our HIPPA-compliant online patient portal.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
If you get sick or injured, acupuncture can be highly effective for acute (non-emergency) treatment, you can keep your appointment (or shift to a virtual/phone consult for herbs or home modalities) and we can adjust your treatment as needed.
If you or a dependent you are caring for is too sick for you to make any type of appointment, we can reschedule without charge.
For non-illness related cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no shows, there is a $50 charge.

Yes, we offer a cash payment discount at the time of service, meaning, when you pay at the time of your treatment and we do not need to bill insurance, we offer a discounted rate for acupuncture services.
