We are credentialed with Allegiance as an in-network provider. If this is your carrier we will bill your insurance for you.
For all other insurance carriers we are out-of-network and will provide you with a superbill containing the necessary codes for you to submit yourself for out-of-network benefits.

Yes, when ordering through Fullscript you may use an HSA or FSA to purchase prescribed herbs. I can also provide you with a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) for validation purposes.

We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.

I ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancelations.
If you get sick or injured, acupuncture can be highly effective for acute (non-emergency) treatment, feel free to keep your appointment (or shift to a virtual / phone consult for herbs or home modalities) and we can adjust your treatment as needed.
If you or a dependent you are caring for is too sick for you to make any type of appointment, we can reschedule without charge. Thank you for caring for yourself and your loved ones.
For non-illness related cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice I charge $35; for no shows I charge $50.
